One of the things that impressed us most about Moscow was the food. The restaurants there rivaled places like New York City in number, decor, and quality (and price!), and we didn't have a disappointing meal.
From beautifully designed drinks...
...to traditional borscht (beet soup) that actually tasted good...
...to delicious little meat dumplings called pelmini...
...to main dishes that you almost didn't want to destroy by eating...
...to pistachio creme brûlée that was served lit on fire...
